but BUT did you know ....
Your collection(s) can be damaged by exposure to outdoor sun 
light as well as exposure to indoor room light.
NOT just by the UV wavelengths of the light, but by the VISIBLE 
wavelengths as well.
THIS last point is IMPORTANT !!! - because even of you use filters to block the UV wavelenghts, such filters do not block VISIBLE wavelengths of light.
VISIBLE light can damage your collections just as much as UV can !!!!!
For the reasons given above, curators and the museums they work for do not expose their light susceptible items to light unless they have to.
